The Advantages of Rebounding

I honestly believe Rebounding is a tremendously beneficial exercise and an important component of the  90-Day

Research conducted by NASA, comparing running to rebounding, found that rebounding is 68% more efficient in
producing similar physiological results.  It began when NASA scientists observed that astronauts in space for 14
days "lost up to 15% of their bone and muscle mass because their cells didn't have gravity
to oppose."  So NASA had to find an exercise that would strengthen astronauts both before and after space trips.  
They found that nothing worked as well as rebounding!

gravity).  Each time you resist the pull of gravity (by jumping up), your entire body
becomes stronger.  This takes the concept of resistance exercise to a whole new level!

Rebounding stimulates your Lymphatic System, which is your body's primary tool for self-cleaning.  It sucks out
toxins, poisons and metabolic waste products, while destroying bacteria, viruses, germs, dead cells and other
unhealthy material that doesn't belong in your body.  That's why a diagnosis of Lymphoma, or a report that cancer
has spread to the Lymph nodes, is so dire.  It means the very system design to purify your body has itself been

Arthur C. Guyton, author of the book, Medical Physiology, "If the Lymphatic System were to stop circulating for just 24

functioning as God designed it to, "it is practially impossible to get sick."

The up-and-down motion of rebounding stimulates the Lymphatic System, promoting more efficient cell-cleansing
processes.  This explains why pockets of cellulite (notice the word CELL) begin to dissipate, even though they've
remained impervious to other forms of exercise like traditional weight-training.

Rebounding provides a quick total-body workout.  According to Albert Carter, founder of the American Institute of
Reboundology and author of The New Miracles of Rebound Exercise, Rebounding "is like doing push-ups with
every cell in the body all at once.  All other strength exercises are designed to strengthen only the muscles and
generally only one group at a time.  While strengthening muscles is necessary, it is also important to have strong
bones, connective tissue and strong vital organs.  Rebounding strengthens the whole body, cell by cell."
