Nutritional Cleansing
I spent hours yesterday helping a dear friend who is fighting off foreclosure. Why? Medical bills. I sat and wept as I reviewed the bank statements – almost every debit transaction was for a doctor visit, medical procedure co-pay or prescription. This family’s life savings is being wiped out. The dad has been on disability since January with medical problems largely related to excess weight and stress.
So when people tell me they can’t afford to invest in pro-active measures to protect and improve their health BEFORE they start falling apart, I say “Pay now or pay later.” Personally, I’d rather invest in my health now– rather than blowing my money on “healthcare” later.
I’m a firm believer in the concept of nutritional cleansing. You can learn about my 90-Day program to revive spirit, soul and body in my book, Becoming the Woman I Want To Be, which I wrote five years ago. Last year, I finally found a product line that incorporates my advice for nutritional cleansing. They are offered by a company called Isagenix. These are, by far, the best nutritional products I’ve ever tried. And trust me, I’ve tried them all.
Besides, with some hard work and determination, you could actually turn Isagenix into an extra stream of income. I haven’t been able to do so yet, but I might just roll up my sleeves and get to work on it! Especially if enough people are interested in forming a team to do so together. I absolutely LOVE Isagenix products and am certain of their value, otherwise I wouldn’t put my name behind them.
For those of you in the Phoenix area, there will be an event on June 11th:
If you are not in Phoenix, but would like to learn more, you can visit my Isagenix website:

Can women who are breastfeeding use nutritional cleansers? I stopped by your site because I am Day 14 in your book, Becoming the Woman God Wants Me to Be, and I see the coming week is on veggies and water. I am a nursing mom and I wonder if now is the time to eat only veggies or do any type of internal cleansing since the baby may receive some of the toxins that are being released.
I think what I want to hear is someone telling me, “It’s ok to eat more than veggies, just eat wholesome foods and do the veggie thing after you wean the baby.”
I have just been doing so well following the book, the idea of doing something different than the book suggests, scares me. lol. What if I get off track and don’t get back on??? I am also over weight and could use 10 days of veggies only.
Any thoughts and many prayers would be appreciated!
I would definitely check with your doctor before doing ANYTHING while breastfeeding!
Just a quick comment to thx u for your joyful page article. Do u know where I could find more on the subject? x
