Sounds great! Question– I’m in a unique situation, so trying to determine if this course would “fit”. We started our business about five years ago. It is based out of our home, however, we provide educational/behavioral consultation and intervention services to families and schools (I’m a board certified behavior analyst) and have fourteen employees. Do you think this course would be helpful?

I would love to participate in this. I already own a business but want to take it to the next level and am having a hard time juggling family and career with out feeling guilty. I am currently doing the 90 day challenge and after just a short period of time already feel better. I feel like I am managing home better. Hi Donna,
I just wanted to say that I am very very excited about this outline. And I agree with most everyone else, even though there are alot of different perspectives.
I would say that it is going to be hard to come up with a price (besides FREE) that would please everyone. However, I do agree with the “pilot programming”. It will give you a good basis and plenty of feedback as to how the program is received and the work it en tales, just like before. It will also enable you to see the commitment of the participants, and then base your payment off of that; I think that it was Susan who said something about the “serious business minded women”?
Well, I also have another idea. I only say this because one can be serious about starting a business, but don’t have the funds, or are in situations that could be of great hindrance. I would suggest, having two similar programs ( after the pilot of coarse). One being designed for the women who can afford to dedicate all their time to it, while the other would be for women who need more time to get started with less money, kinda like a half/ basic program and a full/ in depth program. Or, you can make the half program in two parts and one would pay for it depending on which part they are on. Then you can put an apt price on both programs. I believe this would be a good way of catering to both types of women without being a strain on either, because as I stated before, just cause you don’t have the resources or time to get started right away does not mean you are not serious about taking that step. One may just be looking for their window of opportunity!

I totally agree with you, Susan. Only those who are serious about a home based business should plan to participate. With this program, I’m going to be extremely careful not to set anyone up for failure. If someone isn’t willing to invest time and money in a business, it will NOT succeed. It would be dishonest of me to lead them to believe otherwise. And this will be a stretch for me, personally, because my love lanugage is gifts and I tend to give everything away. But when it comes to business, you can’t trifle with it and hope to succeed.

This study seems very comphrehensive, I love it, and am totallly interseted. One area that might be of interest is on keeping God first-with all the energy it takes to get a business up and running, how to keep God first, family second and business third- so the business can bankroll the important things.
I think a one-time all inclusive package would be most appealing-with fee from 50 – 150$ you’ll get serious business-minded women.

Can I make one suggestion? Your outline looks great, very comprehensive. It seems pretty clear that in one book you simply can’t cover all the details of actually getting a business up and running. Any of the 10 chapters could take up a whole book in themselves if you gave all the step by step details of how to do it. Would it be possible to have resources available to help someone learn any of those topics more in-depth? Joint ventures with Rosie Dow, Jeff Herring, or Lynette Chandler for example? As to the cost, and this is just one homeschool mom’s perspective who know next to nothing about business; I’ve seen membership sites for $50 a month and up. You’ll have to show me a LOT of content and access to experts to get me to pay $50 a month.
You’ve set up an ambitious project for yourself, but if anybody can do it, you can.

She started from BANKRUPTCY and has purchased $10 million in real estate. She is a real estate genuis and a wonderful Christian friend. Highly recommend her training videos.

I’m specially interested in #s 8 and 9 on the outline.( Already tried ebay+ network marketing).
I’m in the last week of “90 day study” ( I started later than original group), so timing would be perfect for me.
On the webinar, as long as I can download the material, it would be great, since my work schedule changes weekly, and I may not be able to be logged on @ the same time every week.
As far as pricing goes, I agree with Toni: if you can offer a first class @ a minimal cost, then you can work out the details for your book. I personally don’t think $90 is expensive, however my present situation would not allow me to join @ that price.
The videos were a great part of the “90 day program” and if you would have an option to download/watch it online (less expensive) vs. mailed out DVDs ( more expensive); it would allow folks to decide what is practical or afordable to them.
Personal coaching session: I don’t know if you would have to limit the number of participants (?), but that could also be an “option”. I agree w/ Toni on that too!
And last, but not least, maybe you can also touch on “real state ” investing ( I know that could be a separete study in and of itself, but just for the sake of involving “most” areas of home made business) and “ghost shopping” or online surveys.

Anyone participating in the 90-Day Jumpstart already has her hands full. I definitely would not try to do two training classes at once! I have to study the calendar. I might offer this AFTER the 90-Day Jumpstart concludes, but it could be too close to the September deadline.

I would love to participate in this…just don’t know if it’s too much to do in connection with the 90 day jumpstart study. Email me when you decide on the cost….maybe it might be a good idea to do the same thing you did with the 90 day jumpstart and offer it once at no cost (I don’t know if there’s a way to limit the participation in order to keep it manageable)?

That might be a good way to work out the kinks. If not (and cost is necessary), then I would suggest a lesser price then the jumpstart study…many who want to do something like this don’t have a ton of funds to do it with.

Another idea is to offer the program at no charge and personal coaching with you at a certain cost per session? Then women are able to get the general gist of the study, while you are compensated for your personal time and expertise with them. If it’s an open group, you might get many willing to pay for individual coaching with you, especially if they see the value in what you are teaching and realize you can help them accomplish their goal of having a successful home business. There’s so much hype out there about this subject, I think women would be thankful to find someone who can actually help them do it. (that’s my two cents!!

I will join you on this….I will be out on the road with my husband since he is a truck driver for Swift Transportation from july 1st- july 20th….so anyway you go with this…I will miss some of the live study.

I don’t know about cost…but I will write it off as a business expense. Would we end up with a real copy of the book when it is released (would it be part of the price) a true hard copy and would a dvd be included….that will make a big difference in the price. I would say $49 if we don’t get a hard copy of the book, $79 if we get a hard copy of book and $99 if hard copy of book and dvd.
