Does America need missionaries?
Those who follow my life and ministry know I have a passion for foreign missions. But do we need missionaries right here in America? Is there important Kingdom work to be done in our own Samaria?
Of course! I’m spending the next few days at Youth Haven Ranch in Rives Junction, Michigan. They reach into the mission field of Detroit, bringing the light of God’s love to thousands of disadvantaged children
I’ll be sharing some thought from various Youth Haven staff, and introducing you to some super-cool people who have “graduated” from the program (right, Norm?) I think you’re gonna love it. So stayed tuned, okay?
I wanted to tell you that I will commit to pray for YH Ranch this summer. Thank you for your testimony and how you have allowed the Lord to use you. I originally heard of you and your ministry from the ladies in my church. I can’t remember if you spoke there or if someone else did and encouraged us to read “Becoming a Vessel God Can Use” (I wasn’t able to attend) – but after a few years I have finally picked it up to do with a friend. Already a blessing!
