Day 11: How to Sleep in Peace
Donna:
I am caffiene sensitive. Rarely do I get to have chocolate without the repercussions of insomnia. The last bout with it was because I was angry and chose to have a cup of hot chocolate at 10:00 at night. I swore off the stuff. This was last fall. I did well until I saw a display at the store Monday. We were getting things in for a snowy spell followed by an arctic blast. I had a cup this morning and it was good. I actually had a small nap this evening.
Thanks for confirming what I thought about this sleep deprivation issue. Years ago, I was almost addicted to cola beverages and really couldn’t sleep because of the caffiene. I have had to seriously monitor my choice of beverages since 1985.
Hmm, I’mviewing this at 2:45 a.m. I guess that’s an indication I might need to pay special attention to this section!
I have a relative who’s suffered from insomnia for decades. She also just so happens to eat chocolate EVERY NIGHT right before she goes to bed. Coincidence? i think not.
If only people would “connect the dots”, life would be so much better, don’t ya think?
Donna S. – you are hilarious!
Donna Schillinger, do the world a favor and do some writing as long as you are awake. What a gift you have!
Good Afternoon, Praise the Lord. I had the book before I started the class.I paid 27.00 for the course and realise after the fact that I should have only paid 17.00 for the course only. Can you please send me the book anyways , so I can give it to my niece, and then she will go on line and check out the program, that I have been telling her about, and sign up for it. Please acknowlege this message. You can mail it to Yvonne
