Creating a Prayer Place/Sacred Space
This was originally created as part of the 90-Day Jumpstart Class, but is just as useful for those of you who are getting ready for the 90-Day Renewal.
When will the “becoming the womanI want to be start. I am already enrolled
Next class begins July 20, 2009. But this will be an ongoing class!!! It’s my favorite book, by far, and I’m very excited to share it with the world. So glad you’ll be part of the journey.
Thanks for this video, Donna! I think when I went through the 90-Day Jumpstart, I missed this one. I’m glad you highlighted it on this new website (and quite classy, btw!!!) Blessings to you! ~Ann
Just reading the “Becoming the Proverbs 31 Woman Book” Donna. I am on Day #8 and love it already! I’ve been searching for the “PROTEIN” you recomend on Day # 26 and couldn’t find it anywhere. I jumped ahead to find that out. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo eager to finish the book and perhaps begin another. I saw several on your site that caught my eye.
Blessings, you seem very much the “Proverbs 31 Woman” after I have examined your web site … the interersting thing is I see from the one book you wrote that it was a journey for you… and that you overcame (throught the LORD’S grace!!!) Now that is encouragement to us all!!! Keep up the excellent work Donna and may the Lord continue to bless you and use you mightly by HIS power! Liz Stryker.
I really love the Isagenix protein shakes. http://donnapartow.isagenix.com/us/en/home.dhtml
They are pricey but I figure there are two types of people. Folks who have plenty of money and can afford to invest in their health. THey should look at Isagenix as a health investment. Then there are those who are short on money–those folks should consider Isagenix as an income opportunity and an investment in their financial future.
If you want something cheaper, I recommend a whey protein. Ask at your local health food store for recommendations.
Hey Ann
When are we going to Uganda?!?!? Glad you enjoyed the video. I sooooo love my prayer room. Nowhere else I’d rather be
I am signing up now; I am so excited for this!
I already had the book, but truly needed a friend to join me in the journey to encourage them and encourage me to make the time in the midst of a very hectic life.
I have a 10 month old daughter who was born with a brain tumor and had surgery at 8 days and another 2 months later. God is encouraging me so much through her life and the many, many miracles he has perfomed in her short life so far and my husband’s and mine as a result. I am pregnant with our second daughter now… so much to do, it was wonderful to see you share about the basket always being ready.
I am super excited for this seminar because now I can lots of new friends to encourage and by encouraged by. Your video was a breath of fresh air and this class I know will encourage us all to take the time for first things, first — our connection with God and how we can bless others with that deeper connection; thank you!!!
Blessings,
Shannon
Shannon, great to have you on board. I believe this book will be an enormous blessing to you. Of course, since you are pregnant, just focus on spirit and soul and go easy on the “body” portion!
Hello again, Donna!
I just saw your note back to me on here. This August, my HUSBAND is heading to Uganda for an evangelistic outreach in a city called “Lwankhakha” – on the border between Kenya and Uganda – known for a lot of prostitution and AIDS. He’s going to be meeting with all of Harvest Ministry’s African NETS (National Evangelism Team Support) ministers – and after praying about me going this summer, he really felt impressed in prayer that I wasn’t supposed to go at this time . . . so the mission trip is on hold, even for me!!! But I’m heading to ALASKA to motivate families. By the way, come take a look sometime at my 40-Day Mission-Minded FAMILY CHALLENGE – with daily online videos to encourage and empower families to focus more on God’s Great Commission and eternity.
Who knows??? Maybe someday we could go on a mission to ANTARCTICA . . .
Hi Donna. My name is Gloria from Kenya. I was introduced to ‘Becoming the Woman God Wants You to Be’ by our women’s ministry leader,Ann Irungu, along with five other women and my life has totally changed!!!I’ve felt challenged in a million ways but in a nice encouraging way. I don’t hate the Prov 31 woman as I did before because now she’s a bit more real through the daily applications and challenges in the book. You are a blessing and I thank God that you accepted to be used by Him to provide a hope for women who had lost all hope, like me
Ms. Partow,
I read your book, Becoming the Woman God Wants Me to Be, about three years ago. Can you refresh my memory on the weekly prayer plan. You suggested a different area of prayer each day of the week. I havce given my book to a friend.
Thank you,
Lynda Hampton
